1. Your website will be registered by us once the initial payment has been received by us. 2. The initial payment consists of the setup fee as well as the first month’s subscription fee. 3. The content for your website must be provided by you, the client. 4. The content should consist of images in JPG format and text in a Microsoft Word document. 5. Free subscription to our mailing list and newsletter. 6. Any Graphic Design elements that you request, will be done based on the information and objectives supplied by you, the client. 7. Any Graphic Design work will only commence once the initial payment has been received by us (amount stated in the quotation).

Please also indicate if you would like a remailer or a redirector for the emails. If you require a remailer, please provide us with the desired email to which the emails will be forwarded.
Dear Client: Thank you for the opportunity to provide you with our web service. As much as we want to provide you with excellent service we want you to be perfectly satisfied with our products and services. In order for us to provide you with excellence we need you to read and understand the following Ts&Cs: Websites are created based on what you give us. The more detailed information we receive, the more specific we can be in what we create for you. We will do our best to register the domain (website name) of your choice but Herminix cannot guarantee that the name you have chosen is not already taken by someone else. Once Herminix has registered the name there will be a cost associated to changing it should you wish to do so. Please make sure you agree to the name before we register it. Your Website Content will be updated as and when we receive information from you. For this reason your website could be incomplete for a period of time. Monthly payments should be made from the time when the domain is created and cannot be withheld when you did not send us all the information.(Text content, company logo, pictures and contact details) A Basic website is what we call a brochure website which means your website displays information and pictures to a limited degree. No program logic or user login is required for example such a website is your bank’s website where you log in and see information only applicable to yourself. Should you require such a website where your clients or users can log in we will provide you with a special quotation based on your requirements. Your basic website is only applicable to one company and you cannot use this service to market multiple companies. A separate website should be ordered for different companies. Should payment not be received on time Herminix reserves the right to close the site down until a re-connection fee is paid. Herminix will do everything possible to provide you with the best quality website and up-time on our servers but cannot be held responsible for downtime of internet connectivity or other factors outside of our control.
